Do not accept the reality
Last week 2
houses went up for sale in my neighborhood.
Within 6
days of each other they sold. Now I found this amazing because of the huge
housing slowdown and the fact That there are 9 other house in our sub
division that have been for sale, all for over 4 months. So I telephoned
the real-estate agent who sold both homes.
I asked her, "How did you sell the
2 homes in my neighborhood so quickly when all the other homes have not sold
in over 4 months?" She replied,
"I refuse to
accept the reality that the market is slow."
When I asked her what she did to
sell them she told me, "I no longer can wait for a buyer to come to me,
(open houses and seeing our advertisements), I now have to go out after the
buyers."
Sales Professionals it is time to
make some changes! Do not accept the reality
Stop your
insanity
Doing the
same thing over and over and expecting different results.
2. Dare to
be Different
Go
out after the buyer in different ways.
3. Become
much, much, much more AGGRESSIVE
Aggressive
in your marketing and in your selling.
Even in an economic slow down your
products and services are being sold.
You need to make some changes to
be the one selling them.
