Q: How Long Is Your Talk?

A: For as long as you need it to be. From thirty minutes to three hours. I also present half day and full day seminars and workshops.
 

Q: Do You Fly And Board First Class?

A: I bill my clients for coach fares and standard rooms and whenever possible I prorate fares when I am traveling on a multi-engagement trip.
 

Q: What Is Your Business Background?

A: Before becoming a speaker and trainer I successfully owned and operated retail, professional and service businesses for over 30 years. That is why I say I have "Been there and Done that". I know the skills and techniques needed to grow and prosper in business in a fierce competitive market. I continually grew my businesses year in and year out. Also, having owned my own businesses, I am familiar with administrative and management issues. I know how to increase employee longevity, productivity and loyalty.
 

Q: How Do We Know That You Are The Right Speaker For Us?

A: If you like my demo videotape and want a speaker who is interactive with the audience, with lots of energy and fun we should talk. I am both educational and entertaining. If the content of the demos is not exactly what you want, we should discuss your needs and other programs I offer. I never accept an engagement that I cannot guarantee your satisfaction. A: Yes. Although my techniques and skills which I teach remain the same, I use your needs and outcome wishes to customize the presentation. My goal is to make the audience feel the program is written just for them.

A: I have found most sales professionals, sales support staff  learn the most with sessions of 3 to 4 hours.  I accommodate your schedule with morning, afternoon or evening sessions. Half and whole days are available if your situation demands.
